Components Sodium Perborate+Activator organic acid Corrosion inhibitors and stabilizers
Efficacy: Z-Sterilizer has independently proven against Viruses (including HIV and Hepatitis B&C), Bacteria (Ps.Aeruginosa), Mycobacterium (MIA, TB) Fungi and spors. These tools show rapid Sterilant properties across a wide spectrum of Micro-organisms marking Z-Sterilizer ideal for Endoscopy.
Compatibility: Z-Sterilizer is compatible with flexible and stainless steel rigid Endoscopes. Z-Sterilizer should only be used in AER's with sainless steel or inert material valves and pipe work. Routine enzymatic pre-cleaning of instruments to remove fixed proteins and other biofilms is unnecessary. Pre-cleaning with non-enzymatic detergent saves cost.
Area of Application: - Add 16.2g of Z-Sterilizer powder per 1 liter of Luke warm water (810g/50 liter) stir until the powder fully dissolved and solution is Blue/Green color - Z-Sterilizer must be used at 20'c-25'c for rapid activation (typically 10 minutes) use Luke warm water is defined as 30'c-35'c activated solution is ready to use - Z-Sterilizer can be used in static bath(Tray) immerse instruments for 10 minutes after which they must be rinsed thoroughly in sterile water, dried and reused or stored as appropriate - Z-Sterilizer solution may be discarded without special pre cautions, in the normal liquid waste disposal system after 24 hrs in accordenance with local authority
Mode of Action: Z-Sterilizer mode of action by oxidation of proteins by Hydrogen Peroxide and Peracetic acid.
Material Compatibility: BN-OPA has excellent material compatibility with glass, ceramic, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminum, rubber, latex, and silicone, synthetic materials such as polycarbonate and acrylic +glass
Storage and shelf life: Store only in cool, humidity controlled conditions. Shelf-life 2 years from date of manufacture. Container must be tightly re-sealed to preserve integrity of powder Life of Solution - 24 hours from activation, or - Maximum 20 cycles in Automated Endoscope Reprocessor, or - Until indicated by test-strip, - As per good Infection Control practice solutions must be discarded after 24 hours use
